Powers:
Zoe's powers are kind of strange. Much like in her personality, Zoe's powers are a duality. As a daughter of Vulcan, Zoe can
heat things up by putting her hands on it. As a legacy of Chione, Zoe can freeze things by putting her hands on it. She can
not do both of these at the same time, though. She can't even do them close to each other. It takes her 5 minutes to
cool/warm her hands back to normal. Zoe can use these powers a combined 6 times per topic.
History:
Zoe was born in Melbourne, Australia to Tess Rainer, a daughter of Chione. She was an excited and wild kid. She had a
tendency of just deciding to run away, not because she was mad, but just because she could. Everyone in her neighborhood
knew little Zoe Rainer and would be on the look out for her. Zoe loved her life and her friends, but inevitably ended up at
Camp Jupiter at 10. She is a confident and well-liked member of the legion.
