Personality: Cepheus is a loving and nurturing person. He cares immensely about his friends and family. At times, he can become fussy, but that’s only because he’s concerned for someone’s safety. This is where his overprotective nature comes into play. Aside from this, Cepheus is an empathic person at times, but when he isn’t happy, he wants nothing to do with anyone or anything except for those very close to him. When it comes to finding a guy to date, he’s very cynical about love and believes that no matter what, whoever he’s with, will find something better and move on. Because of his magistrative position, Cepheus knows that he has to carry himself a particular way. His poster is always perfect, his diction clear and everything he does is always thought out.

Powers:
Chlorokinesis: Cepheus, like other children of Ceres, has the awesome power to control plants at will. Whether it's growing a simple lily or creating a seven-foot tall wheat monster, he can do it. Cypress can manipulate plant life for five posts with a three cool down between each usage. He can control plants that are in a ten-foot radius of himself. The largest he can control is a seven-foot plant.
Fertile Soil: If Cepheus come across an area that is barren and is unable to yield any produce, he can use his powers to make the soil fertile again. He can do this twice in one topic with a three topic cool down. The effect will be permanent so this will require a good amount of energy. The size of the field can't be any larger than twenty by seven-foot field.


History (At Least Three Sentences): From birth, Cepheus was told that he was destinated for greatness. conceived by the descendant of the first African Emperor, Septimus Severus and the Roman goddess, Ceres. His father wanted him to have a normal childhood before he was thrown into the politics and warring of Camp Jupiter and raised him in Topeka, Kansas. At the age of eleven, the Wolves of Lupa escorted young Cepheus to the House of Lupa to train. After six months, he was approved by Lupa and found his way to Camp Jupiter. Because of who is ancestor was, he was given an extremely good recommendation and placed in the first cohort where he served. Years passed and Cepheus was able to work his way up the ranks as his father intended had the title "Aedile of Camp Jupiter" bestowed upon him. His father urges Cephus to marry someone who is also from a prominent family, but unknown to him, Cepheus is gay. He has yet to tell him, but his close friends know of his true sexuality.
